Hamilton Council to select Winning Pier 8 Proposal in June!

Hamilton citizens have had a chance to review and provide input on the four finalist proposals for the redevelopment of the city’s Pier 8 lands and now a final decision on the winning proposal is up to city council. The mixed-use proposals from teams GulfDream, Tridel, Waterfront Shores and a partnership of Urban Capital, Core Urban and Milborne Group were unveiled in early April and posted on the city’s website.
