Many Millennials worry they won't be able to afford a home.

A new study by Royal LePage has indicated that peak Millennials will continue to shape the future of Canadian (Hamilton) Real Estate, despite government constraints of affordability and mortgage regulations ... As quoted by Royal LePage CEO Phil Soper "Whether they choose to buy or rent, peak millennials will inevitably shape the housing market due to their sheer volume". In August of 2016, Millennials surpassed baby-boomers as the largest demographic in Hamilton. As the Royal LePage survey identifies, peak Millennials have a strong desire to get into homeownership and that trend will continue through 2021 and beyond.
