Housing is and will remain more affordable in the United States than Canada, study finds.

We have long known that Toronto and Vancouver are the least affordable places to own a home in Canada.

Now a new study shows that these two cities and Hamilton, Ontario, are the least affordable in all of North America.

Oxford Economics has developed new North American Housing Affordability Indices that not only allows a comparison between the two countries, but also predicts how home affordability dynamics will evolve.
