Terminated property listings skyrocket as Hamilton housing market takes 'sharp turn'

At the end of May, the 100-year-old house in Durant was listed for sale for $1,999,000. Two weeks later, he was delisted – only a few weeks later appeared at a price of $ 1,894,999.

A painted brick home in St. Clair went up for sale in early June for $719,900. Three weeks later, it was delisted and then re-listed for $674,900.

In early July, a one and a half story home in Crown Point West was listed for sale for $499,900. A few days later, it was delisted and rose again to $549,900.
