We bought our first home with the help of Teri and I cannot say enough positive things!! She was so incredible EVERY step of the process and we truly felt she had our best interests at heart. Being first time buyers we expected the process to be overwhelming and went into it quite nervous, but Teri explained things so clearly and supported us in every step, making the process so incredibly smooth. She was so patient and available for any questions, made scheduling viewings so simple (even with our very complicated schedule since I don’t work a 9-5), genuinely listened to us, and even took the time to help us connect with other professionals we needed through the process like an incredible mortgage broker, a very thorough home inspector, and a lawyer - all of whom also took their time to meet us in the most kind and supportive way - it is so clear that Teri, her team, and the other professionals she has built collaborative relationships with have strong morals and care deeply about the people they support. Teri gave us honest feedback with every property we looked at (often having higher standards for us than we had for ourselves which was so helpful as first time buyers!) and very quickly helped us find our dream home! Would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat!!
