Mike walked us through every step of the process of selling our home. He brought extensive knowledge and information to the table that helped us to make decisions about pricing our house, timing open houses, and understanding the best way to respond to offers. 'THEY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND'
My experience dealing with the Heddle Group is they are very knowledgeable about investment properties and just business in general. They found us the deal we were looking for and executed a buying strategy that got us the property under asking back in early February of 2018. They were very open and honest with what work they felt the property needed making sure we were comfortable with what we were taking on. When we ran into troubles with the sellers and encroachment issues they alway were available to have a conference call to help us make educated decision on the next course of action. We are currently in the renting phase and Nyle has been great with getting us current market rates, and helping with questions even thought we are screening the tenants ourselves.
To sum it up they are very professional and educated on the market! My business partner and I highly recommend them in your search for a investment property. They go above and beyond and hold investor classes (I believe quarterly) which we attend to continue our education. The last class was on the then new standard Ontario lease form which was important for us to know the changes coming and how it was going to impact our business.
