We are experienced homeowners and although we are not yet "empty nesters", we were looking to downsize and were very specific about our requirements and location. When we finally found our dream home, we were in a unique situation as the seller was out of province and selling privately. Mike and Shawna have been very knowledgeable and most helpful in my duplex search, I was new to the Hamilton area and they were very patient with me. I found my house on our first visit to Hamilton to see houses but wasn’t sure it was the right house.
Shawna was very patient and showed me other houses so I could gauge for comparison and come to my final decision that the first house was for me! Who finds there house on the very first house showing!
